To secure your date, we require a deposit at the time of booking. This deposit is applied directly to your final balance. You can start the process by clicking the package of your choice and following the prompts.
Yes, we have a 2-hour minimum for all events. Each of our packages is already priced to reflect this minimum. We only book in full-hour increments.
Our base packages cover up to 30 guests. We are happy to accommodate larger parties! Each additional guest is $15.00 to cover the extra materials and curated experience.
We offer complimentary travel within 30 miles of Austin and Dallas. For locations outside of this radius, travel fees range between $125.00 and $300.00.
To be fair and accurate with our travel fees, we calculate the cost based on the precise distance to your venue. We do not provide "ballpark" pricing for travel without an exact address to ensure there are no surprises on your final invoice.
Yes! If you book an event with us, your consultation fee is credited toward your final balance. If you choose not to book after the consultation, the fee is retained for the specialist's time.
